How to set up COD shipping method?
On the Shopify Admin, navigate to Shipping and Delivery
Select a rate from General shipping rates or C**ustom shipping rates**
On the Manage shipping profile, scroll down to Shipping zones, and add a new rate
Save the shipping rate
