Limit one exchange item per return item

Overview

In Synctrack Returns, merchant can set up exchange advance rules to optimize the exchange workflow. The “Limit one exchange item per return item” feature allows the system to limit exchanges to one item per returned item so that exchange abuse is prevented.

How to enable Limit one exchange item per return item?

Go to Settings > Configuration

Tick checkbox "Limit one exchange item per return item"
Click "Save"

How it works?

For each returned item, the system allows only one replacement item. Multiple-item exchanges are blocked at submission.

The feature is only avaible when you enable the Exchange option in your Settings.

Available on Starter plan
