Limit one return request per order
Overview
In Synctrack Returns, merchant can set up an advanced return policy to optimize the return workflow. The “Limit one return request per order” feature allows the system to check existing return or exchange requests for the order. If one already exists, additional requests are blocked.
How to enable Limit one return request per order?
Go to Settings > Policies
- Tick checkbox "Limit one return request per order"
- Click "Save"
How it works?
