Login with Shopify Customer Account
Overview
With Synctrack Returns, merchants can allow customers to use Shopify Customer Account to submit return requests easily. Customer accounts is the newest version of Shopify customer accounts, and lets your customers sign in using a one-time 6-digit verification code sent by email. A password isn't required to sign in.

How to use the " Login with Shopify Customer Account?
Step 1: Go to Return Page > Customize
Step 2: Choose Order Look up page > Select "Login Shopify Customer Account" section > Save
How it works?
- When your customers have already signed in Shopify Customer Account, they can see directly all orders to submit return request.
- When your customers have not yet signed in Shopify Customer Account, they can click "Login with Customer Account" to sign in (with passwordless email) and view request then.
