Omega TikTok Pixel - Analytics & Reporting introduction
Analytics & Reporting turns the events your store sends to TikTok into a clear picture of how shoppers convert, how many of them you're actually allowed to track, and whether your setup is working. Instead of guessing after you run TikTok Ads, you can see where shoppers drop off, which audiences convert best, how consent affects your coverage, and confirm your events are recorded correctly - so you know what to check next before adjusting a campaign.
It has four parts: Conversion Analytics, Consent Analytics, Reports, and Verify pixel.
Conversion Analytics (Premium)
Goal-based analytics to help you optimize your TikTok Ads, organized into two tabs.
User behavior
- Event summary & trends: totals for View Content, Add to Cart, Initiate Checkout, Purchase, and Revenue, each with the change vs. the previous period and a trend line. Select one or more events to compare over time.
- Conversion funnel: step-to-step conversion from View Content → Add to Cart → Initiate Checkout → Purchase, with the biggest drop-off highlighted so you know which step to check first.
- Segment heatmap: break the funnel down by Device, Country, or Browser, by volume or conversion rate.
- Top converting segments: highest-converting shopper groups, ranked by conversion rate (Purchase ÷ View Content).
- Insights: plain-language highlights pointing to a signal worth investigating (the step or segment with the steepest drop). They tell you where to look, not the cause.
Checkout performance
Four pre-purchase trends: View Content Trend, View Content → Add to Cart Rate, Pre-Checkout Interest Rate, and ATC Drop-off Before Checkout.
Currency display
- Store default currency — all revenue converted into one currency for a total view across markets (rates updated automatically).
- By currency — original amounts for a specific currency.
Money figures change between modes; event counts stay the same.
Consent Analytics
See how shopper tracking consent affects your data — so coverage gaps make sense and you stay privacy-compliant.
- Consent breakdown: how many visitors granted, denied, or haven't responded to tracking consent.
- Consent rate: the share of visitors who allow tracking, and how it trends over time.
- Coverage context: when consent is denied, those events aren't sent to TikTok; this view explains part of the gap between your Shopify orders and what appears in tracking, so you don't mistake a consent gap for a broken pixel.
Reports
A detailed, filterable record of what was sent to TikTok.
- Purchase Report: review purchases sent via the Events API. Each row has a clickable Order ID that opens the order in Shopify.
- Filter by date range and Pixel ID.
- Monitor server events delivered to TikTok in real time.
Verify your pixel
Suspect an event is missing or a number looks off? Open Live Event Testing to confirm, in real time, that your events fire correctly before you trust a conclusion or change your budget.
Good to know
- Conversion Analytics is a Premium feature.
- Data retention by plan: Starter - 60 days · Growth - 90 days · Scale - 6 months.
- Orders are deduplicated - a purchase tracked by multiple pixels is counted once.
- The dashboard reports all server events sent, across every pixel - regardless of individual Pixel ID.
- Events are recorded at the time they happen, in the time zone set in Event Setting.
- Data appears only when you have at least one active pixel.
