Set timezone correctly will be useful for tracking It’s important that this selected timezone is the same with your ad account’s so that your event attributing is correct. If you ad account and TikTok Pixels account have 2 different timezone, chances are, your events will be attributed incorrectly to different days. Get the accurate timezone here in your TikTok Ads manager: events?
Yes, we do. This applies only if you have turned on Events API to work in parallel with Pixels for better event tracking. What’s deduplication? When you send both browser and server events to TikTok for one action, the 2 events should be merged and counted as one instead of two. If you don't deduplicate, a double number of the events is sent to TikTok, which is not accurate. BenefitsSome readers

Analytics & Reporting turns the events your store sends to TikTok into a clear picture of how shoppers convert, how many of them you're actually allowed to track, and whether your setup is working. Instead of guessing after you run TikTok Ads, you can see where shoppers drop off, which audiences convert best, how consent affects your coverage, and confirm your events are recorded correctly - so you know what to check next before adjusting a campaign. It has four parts: **Conversion AnalyticsFew readersOmega TikTok Pixel - Insightful Conversion Analytics
Omega Conversion Analytics turns your TikTok Ads data into clear, goal-based insights. Instead of just showing numbers, it tells you where your funnel is leaking, which shopper segments convert best, and what to do next, so you can spend your ad budget where it actually pays off. Omega automatically respects each visitor's consent: events are only sent to TikTok when the visitor accepts marketing, while visitors who decline — or don't respond to the consent banner — are never sent. Our current Conversion Analytics dashboard in app shows the total number of events we captured from your store's traffic, it does not show the number of conversions TikTok officially credited to your ads. In short: Total attributes = how much tracking data we collected. Attributed events = how many sales TikTok credited to an ad click. What "Total" means? 🩺 Troubleshooting
👬 Can I use the same pixel for another app (Omega-Multiple TikTok Pixels and something else)?
Putting 1 pixel ID in 2 apps will cause event duplication as your events will be sent twice for 1 event instance. You should disconnect the pixel in the TikTok Channel first before putting it in our app. However, it’s highly recommended that you create a new developer mode pixel to be used with Omega & keep them separately.Few readers😭 My campaign hasn't reported any sales. What's wrong?
Take a breath, "no sales reported" almost always comes down to one of a few things, and most are quick to check. It usually falls into one of three buckets: It's a timing thing - the sale happened but hasn't shown up yet. It's a tracking thing - sales are happening, but the events aren't reaching TikTok. It's a real funnel thing - shoppers are arriving but not buying yet. Work through the checks below in order, top ones are the most common and fastest to rule out. 1.Few readers
