1. What Is the Purpose of the New Analytics?
The new Analytics dashboard helps you:
- Understand your TikTok conversion funnel
- Identify where customers drop off
- Improve checkout performance
- Optimize your ad campaigns
Instead of just showing numbers, it now shows conversion flow and trends.
Currency filters
For now, you can filter your analytics according to your list of store currencies so see how each of your market is performing:

Increase Checkout Rate

3. Key Metrics (Left Panel)
These cards summarize your performance:
- View Content
- Add to Cart
- Initiate Checkout
- Payment Completed
- Revenue
You will also see:
- Percentage change compared to the last according period.
This helps you quickly see growth or decline.

4. Understanding the Conversion Funnel
The dashboard shows how users move through your funnel:
View Content → Add to Cart Rate
How many visitors add products to cart.
Add to Cart → Checkout Rate
How many users proceed to checkout.
Checkout → Complete Payment Rate
How many users complete payment.
If one of these rates is low, that’s where you should optimize.
5. Pre-Checkout & Drop-off Metrics
Pre-Checkout Interest Rate
Measures user intent before checkout.
ATC Drop-off Before Checkout
Shows how many users abandon before initiating checkout.
These metrics help you identify friction in your buying process.
6. Revenue & AOV Trends
Revenue Trend
Tracks total sales over time.
Average Order Value (AOV)
Shows how much customers spend per order on average.
If revenue drops but AOV is stable:
→ Traffic may be the issue.
If AOV drops:
→ Consider bundle or upsell strategies.
7. How to Use This Dashboard to Improve Performance
If Add to Cart rate is low:
- Improve product page
- Improve offer clarity
If Checkout rate is low:
- Simplify checkout
- Add trust badges
If Payment rate is low:
