Ensure Two Owls has the necessary permission to operate as it should be
Permission for the access token: To be able to generate an access token, an account assigned to the pixel must have full control permission, so make sure you or your client have that!
Do I need to be the Business Admin to use the app?
No, for the pixel to fire on the browser side, you only need to pass us the Pixel ID.
Chances are you also want to fire the pixel on the server side via Conversion API. In that case, you need to pass us the access token so Facebook knows we have the authority to send server events to your Pixels!
๐ Level up your data with CAPI
To be able to update your Shopify product to a Facebook Catalog, you or your clients must have Full Control permission.
If you own the account that's assigned with this full control, then you will be able to directly sync product to a catalog.

If you don't own such accounts, you can generate a data feed file that's dynamically updated, and pass that file link to the person who have access to the catalog!
