Resend notification for return request

Overview


In Synctrack Returns, merchant can manually resend email notifications to shoppers directly from the order management detail page. This feature is particularly useful for handling failed email deliveries, resending confirmations upon customer request, or sending notifications that were previously skipped.


How to resend the notification for the return request?

Step 1: Go to Management > See specific details for a requests > Click "Resend Notification" button


Note: Resend notification will be only available for the emails you enabled in notification templates, and they were sent at least once before in timeline.




Step 2: Preview and choose the "Notification types" > Click "Resend" button

Available on Starter plan
