Set Up Age Verification at Checkout (for Shopify Plus only)

With the Checkout Verification feature, you need to add a block in the Checkout Editor (for Shopify Plus only) and configure the options to display an age verification prompt requiring customers to confirm their age.
Before adding the block in the Checkout Editor, please ensure that you have configured the conditions in the app and saved them first.
Steps to Set Up Age Verification at Checkout:
Step 1: Add the Checkout Age Verification block in any of these four positions on the checkout page:
Contact
Delivery
Payment
Order Summary


Step 2: Choose one of the two available options:
Checkbox
Date of Birth Field

Step 3: Configure the options and customize the content style to match your store’s branding.



Step 4: Click Save and check the result on your online store.
