Statistics page

The Statistics page helps you understand how your limit rules are performing and how effectively they protect your store from unwanted purchases.

• Time filter: you can select a time range (e.g. Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month,...) and compare it with the previous period.
• Orders protected: The number of orders successfully blocked due to limit rule violations.
• Abuse Prevention Rate: The percentage of successfully blocked actions out of total rule violations. This shows how effective your rules are at preventing unwanted purchases.
• Active Protection Rules: The number of limit rules currently active in your store.

1. Cart Protection

This section shows actions blocked at the cart stage

• Cart interactions: Total number of times customers interacted with the cart
• Cart blocks: Number of times the "Checkout" action was blocked due to limit rule violations at the cart page.
• Cart blocks rate: Percentage of blocked actions over total cart interactions

2. Product Protection

This section tracks actions before items reach the cart

• Product add-to-cart attempts: The total number of add-to-cart attempts, including both successful and blocked actions.
• Product blocks: Number of times adding to cart was blocked due to limit rule violations.
• Product blocks rate: The percentage of product blocks over total add-to-cart attempts.

3. Block "Add to cart" Action

Shows how many times the app blocked customers from adding products to the cart due to limit rules, displayed by day in a chart.

4. Block "Checkout" Action

Shows how many times checkout was blocked due to rule violations, displayed by day in a chart.

5. Top Rule by Blocks

Shows the top 5 rules with the highest number of blocked actions, including both add-to-cart and checkout blocks. This helps you identify which rule has the biggest impact on your store.

6. Top Repeated Attempts

Shows the top 5 rules with the highest number of repeated attempts. Useful for detecting potential abuse behavior.

7. Top IP Restricted

Displays IP addresses that were blocked most frequently.

8. Top Products Restricted

Shows products that are most frequently restricted by your rules.
