How to Upgrade or Downgrade your plan?
You can upgrade or downgrade your Synctrack subscription plan at any time directly through the Shopify Admin. Changes take effect immediately, and your billing is automatically adjusted by Shopify.
How to upgrade
Follow these steps to switch plans:
- In the navigation menu, select Subscription Plans
- Choose the plan you want to upgrade
- Click Approve subscription
What happens when you upgrade
- Quota & Over-quota recovery: When you upgrade, the app automatically re-attempts tracking for every shipment that was previously marked Over quota. These count toward your new cycle's quota. If your over-quota backlog is larger than your new plan's limit, the excess stays Over quota and is retried on your next cycle reset (or after a further upgrade). When upgrading from Free, the last 30 days of orders are also unlocked into your first paid cycle. Know more about quota regulation **Here.**
- Free trial: All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. The trial applies once per shop; reinstalling or switching plans during the trial period does not restart it.
- Billing information: **All app charges are processed by Shopify. You can review these charges in your **Shopify Billing Settings.
