1. What are the “10+ Discount Type Campaigns”?

Pareto lets you run 10+ complex discount logics: volume discounts, tiered pricing, BOGO, free gifts, cart value/quantity discounts, bundles, add-ons, free shipping, and more.

⭐ Especially, with One Discount, you can combine multiple perks in a single offer (e.g., Cross-Product Discount + Free Gift + Order Discount + Free Shipping) instead of creating multiple different offers.


2. What’s the difference between created and activated campaigns?

  • Created = A campaign you’ve designed and saved in Pareto.
  • Activated = A campaign that’s live and visible to shoppers.
  • All plans allow unlimited created campaigns, but the Free plan only allows 1 active campaign at a time.


3. What does Extra Revenue mean?

  • Extra Revenue is the additional sales generated by Pareto campaigns (upsells, cross-sells, bundles, etc.).
  • Each plan has a monthly quota:
    • Free: $300
    • Basic: $1,000
    • Professional: $5,000
    • Advanced: Unlimited
  • The quota resets every month (shown as “Extra Revenue Reset Date” in-app).


4. What’s included in layout customization?

  • Default Layouts (Free): Use standard Pareto option and adjust colors.
  • Basic Custom Layouts: Edit text, colors, and basic CSS. Option to hide widgets.
  • Professional Custom Layouts: Deeper UI customization + placement, small feature changes (without affecting our Pareto app core logic and rewrite code in your store).
  • Advanced Custom Layouts: Full UI customization + placement + tailored features for your store (without affecting our Pareto app core logic).


5. What extra features unlock on higher plans?

Basic import & export (via CSV)

Basic import/export is designed for simple, structured use cases.

  • Import and export do not feed into each other

→ An exported file cannot be reused as an import file.

  • Import limit: up to 100 rules per file, per import
  • Supported offer types:
    • Quantity Breaks
    • One Discount
  • Strict template required

→ You must follow the provided CSV template exactly.

  • Not supported:
    • Group products by conditions
    • Advanced discount logic
    • Custom rule mapping or transformations

Advanced import / export / migrate rules

Advanced import/export is a fully assisted service for complex or large-scale needs.
