What you can do on the Offers page

The Offers page is the main hub for every discount campaign in your store. From this page you can:

1. Create a new offer. Launch a new discount campaign from a ready made template, such as Quantity Breaks, One Discount, or Buy X Get Y. For full setup steps, refer to Create an offer.

2. Edit an existing offer. Update the campaign name, rules, products, customer targeting, schedule, or status of any offer that is already in your list. For step by step instructions, refer to Edit an offer.

3. Duplicate an offer. Copy an existing offer with all its settings to quickly spin up a similar campaign, then adjust only what you need to change. For details, refer to Duplicate an offer.

4. Import offers. Upload offers in bulk from a CSV file using the Import button at the top right of the offers list. For details, refer to Import offers.

5. Export offers. Download your existing offers as a CSV file using the Export button at the top right of the offers list. The exported file can be edited and reimported, or used to back up your campaigns.

6. Track campaign performance. Review impressions, conversion rate (CR), and order applied counts directly in the offers list to see which campaigns are working.

Offers page layout

The Offers page has two states depending on whether you have any offers yet.

1. When you haven't had an offer yet. If you have not created any offers, the page shows an empty state with an Add an offer button. Click it to choose a template and launch your first revenue boosting offer.

Empty Offers page showing the First up: Create An Offer empty state with an Add an offer button and a Learn more about offers link.

2. When you have had some offers. Once you create at least one offer, the page displays the offers table with Export, Import, and Create offer buttons at the top, a search bar, an Add filter menu, and a list of every campaign with its discount type, campaign type, apply to scope, impressions, conversion rate, order applied count, created date, and status.

Search the offers list

Use the Searching in all field at the top of the offers table to quickly find a specific offer. The search runs across multiple fields at once, so you do not need to remember the exact campaign name.

You can search by:

1. Campaign name. Type all or part of the campaign name to find a specific offer (for example, "Black Friday" or "Summer sale").

2. Display name. Type the public display name shown on the storefront to find the matching campaign.

3. Product title. Type the title of any product included in a campaign to find every offer that applies to that product.

4. Product variant name. Type a specific variant name (for example, "Red, Large") to find offers that target that variant.

Filter the offers list

Click Add filter above the offers table to narrow down the list. The available filters are:

1. Date. Filter offers by the date they were created or scheduled.

2. Campaign type. Filter by the campaign type, such as Quantity breaks, One discount, or others.

3. Apply to. Filter by the scope of the offer, such as All products, Specific products, Specific variants, Specific collections, or Group products.

4. Global sync offer. Filter by the global sync role of the offer. There are two types:

  • Main syncing display settings source. This is the master offer whose display settings (banners, widgets, layout) are pushed to other linked offers. Use this filter to find the source offer that other offers follow.
  • Following. These are offers that inherit display settings from the main source. Use this filter to find every offer that is being synced from the main source.

Offer status

Each offer in the list shows a status badge that tells you whether the campaign is currently running. The possible statuses are:

1. Active. The offer is live and is being applied to qualifying carts in your store right now.

2. Schedule. The offer is set to run during a specific date range. It will turn Active automatically when the start date arrives, and turn off when the end date passes.

3. Draft. The offer has been created or duplicated but is not yet live. It does not affect your storefront until you turn it on. Note: when you duplicate an offer, all offer types are auto activated except One Discount, which stays as Draft until you turn it on. Always double check the campaign status after saving.

4. Inactive (turned off). The offer was previously active or scheduled but has been manually turned off. It is kept in the list for reference but is not applied to any carts.

5. Expired. The offer's scheduled end date has passed. It is no longer active, but the record remains in your offers list so you can review past campaigns or duplicate them later.
