Analytics page

View key metrics and the list of orders with/without protection. Open: Apps > Blockify: Shipping Protection > Analytics.



Top controls

  • Refresh — re-fetch the latest metrics and orders.
  • Date range picker — pick a range, defaults to Last 7 days. The Standard plan is locked to Last 7 days.

Key metrics

Three cards for the selected date range:

  • Protected orders — number of orders with protection.
  • Protection revenue — total revenue from protection fees.
  • Protection rate — % of orders with protection.

If the store has no data yet → cards show a Demo data badge with sample numbers.

Orders table

Tabs: All / Protected / Unprotected.

Search: type an order name (e.g., #1001) to filter.

Columns:

  • Order processing — order name; click to open the order in Shopify admin.
  • Date — order creation time.
  • Order paid — total order amount.
  • Protection fee — protection fee (empty if unprotected).
  • Protection statusProtected / Unprotected badge.
  • File claim — click Sync with returns to open the Returns Drive app and process the claim.

Pagination: Previous / Next, 10 orders per page.
