Apply Limit to Customer

Select the customer segment to apply the limit rules. There are 5 options:

  • All visitors: Apply the limit rules to all customers visiting your store.
  • Logged-in customers: Apply the limit rules to all logged-in customers.
  • Logged-in customers with tag: Apply the limit rules to logged-in customers with the selected tag.


  • Customers without tag: Apply the limit rules to customers who do not have the selected tag


  • Visitors with IP: Apply the limit rules to visitors with the specified IP addresses from the list you selected.


  • New customers: Apply the limit rules only to customers who have not placed any orders in your store.
  • First order customers: Apply the limit rules only to customers who have made a single purchase in your store.
  • Customers with email: Apply the limit rules to customers with the specified email addresses from the list you selected.


  • Non-B2B customers: Apply the limit rules to standard retail audience. Any guest visitor who has not logged in is automatically identified as a Non-B2B customer
  • All B2B customers: Apply the limit rules to every customer identified as a B2B member in your Shopify admin. This is ideal for universal wholesale restrictions.
  • Specific B2B company: Apply the limit rules only to customers belonging to selected B2B companies.
