Automatically retrieve your existing pixels from TikTok

With this feature, you can automatically fetch and import your existing TikTok pixels, making setup easier. No more tired switch between platforms, now just act in Omega and we do all the work for you!
Please go through very simple steps below:

Step 1: Connect to your TikTok for Business Account

Go to the Add Pixel section in Pixel page

Click button Access to connect your TikTok for Business Account. This is the must step to help us retrieve your existing TikTok Pixel list, only 15 seconds to complete 🥰

A popup is prompted to authorize Omega's access to your account. Choose Confirm. Rest assured that we will not interfere with or access any private information

📩 Note: If you have connected TikTok for Business Account when using our TikTok Catalog feature, that account will be automatically signed in here.

Step 2: Select TikTok Ads account & TikTok Pixel

Choose a TikTok Ads account that you you want to get the pixel list

Choose the pixel you want to use from the list. Be noted that if a pixel has already been set up in our app, it will be marked as Used (as in the image below)

Step 3: Choose tracking location

As usual, choose the tracking location that you want your pixel to track: All pages/Selected pages

Step 4: Turn on Events API (recommended)

If you use Events API for better matching, we automatically get Access token here, no more manual copy!

And Save, then Done 🎉. Your TikTok Pixel is successfully setup with much less effort.

Choosing which events to track

By default, all TikTok events (View Content, Add to Cart, Initiate Checkout, Purchase) are enabled for every pixel. You can turn off any events you don't need — either globally for all pixels, or for individual pixels.

Global defaults (applies to all pixels)

Go to Settings > Events tracking. Toggle off any event you want to stop tracking store-wide. Changes take effect immediately for all pixels that don't have their own override.

Per-pixel override (individual pixel)

When adding or editing a pixel, scroll to the Events to track section at the bottom of the form. Uncheck any event you want to disable for that specific pixel only. This overrides the global setting just for this pixel.

Viewing active events

In the Pixel manager table, the Events tracked column shows which events are currently firing for each pixel.

Note: Existing pixels are not affected by this change. All events continue to fire as before unless you actively disable them.
