For stores with several pickup points, automatically suggest the location closest to the customer — so they don't have to scan a long list.
Overview
When you run multiple pickup locations, auto-detect nearest pickup picks the closest one for the customer based on their location, streamlining the choice. They can still switch to another location.
Before you start
- You're on the Smart plan or above.
- You have multiple pickup locations — see Manage your locations.
How to enable it
Here's how, step by step:

Step 1: Open the setting
Go to General settings and find Auto-detect nearest pickup.
Step 2: Turn it on and save
Enable the option and save.
How it looks on the storefront
The pickup picker highlights/selects the location nearest the customer first; they can change to another if they prefer.
