How does request table work

This tab allows you to manage all requests of visitors. It’s only available for those who use the Premium plan.

This part links with the policy page here. There are 3 type of requests that a visitor can submit to:

Edit your account information ~ aka edit_profile
By default, when a visitor submits email => Status = pending
By default, when a visitor has done editing their information => Status = Processed

Request personal information ~ aka show_information
By default, when a visitor submits email => Status = processed

Request personal data deletion ~ aka deletion_request
By default, when a visitor confirms delete in the request modal => Status = pending

You can manually select Cancel when you do not want to delete the customer account.
