The app will receive data from Shopify. Once the order is created it will be updated to our system but under order with no tracking number. After it's marked as fulfilled and has a tracking number provided by a courier (fulfillment partner), it will be synced to our system accordingly and it can be tracked on the tracking page with detailed information.

Normally our customers use fulfillment service from a partner/app to automatically fulfill orders and update shipment status for them to Shopify. We do not handle to fulfill orders.

The app only can track delivery shipments from supported carriers. Check out our list here: https://www.trackordernow.com/couriers/

So as long as your order is fulfilled and has a tracking number on Shopify and shipped by a supported courier, you'll be able to track it via our app.
