How to connect with Bharat Ship?
Overview
Synctrack Returns now supports Bharat Ship (bharatship.com) as a return logistics provider. If you ship in India with Bharat Ship, you can connect your existing Bharat Ship account and generate reverse return labels + tracking right inside the return flow — the same way Shiprocket, Delhivery, Shipway and iThink work today. No more creating reverse shipments manually in the Bharat Ship dashboard and copying the AWB back by hand.
Step 1: Get your Bharat Ship account
Register or log in to your Bharat Ship account at app.bharatship.com. You will connect Synctrack using the same email and password you use to sign in to your Bharat Ship dashboard.

Step 2: Connect Bharat Ship in the Synctrack Returns app
- Go to Settings -> Logistics -> Bharat Ship and click Connect.
- Enter your Bharat Ship email and password, then click Connect.
- When the credentials are valid, the status changes to Connected.

Step 3: Configure your return warehouse & package
- Make sure your pickup/return warehouse (return address) is set, so labels use the correct origin pincode.
- Set your default package size/weight — these are used to calculate courier rates.
Step 4: Create a return label with Bharat Ship
- Approve a return request in Return management.
- Choose Bharat Ship as the provider — the app calls Bharat Ship's rate calculator and shows the available couriers with price and ETA for that pickup → delivery route.
- Pick a courier and your return warehouse, then click Create return label. The app creates the reverse shipment, retrieves the AWB + label, and stores the tracking number on the return.
Step 5: Track or cancel the shipment
- The return's shipping status (SHIPPED / DELIVERED / RECEIVED) updates automatically from Bharat Ship — no need to open the Bharat Ship dashboard.
- You can cancel a shipment that has not been picked up yet from the return's actions. Once it is picked up / in transit, Bharat Ship may no longer allow cancellation.
Who can use this feature?
Available to Synctrack Returns merchants who use Bharat Ship for reverse logistics — typically India-based stores. There is no extra plan gate; it works like the other courier integrations.
