How to connect with Starshipit ?

Step 1: Obtain Starshipit API credentials


  1. Go to Starshipit.
  2. Navigate to Settings > API.
    1. Copy the displayed API key and Subscription key.
    2. To regenerate a new API key, use the Regenerate button.
    3. To regenerate a new Subscription key, use the Regenerate button.
  4. Click Save.




Step 2: Connect Starshipit to Synctrack Returns


  1. In the Synctrack app, go to the Logistics section and select StarShippit.




  1. Enter your Starshipit API credentials (API Key and Subscription Key) to complete the connection.




  1. Save your settings. You can now create orders using Starshipit directly from Synctrack Returns.
