How to create a pixel (Events API mode) that works best with Omega
What’s an Events API? It’s a portal for your pixel to receive server-side events, which enables better data collection. Events API is the method of sending events, while pixel ID is a warehouse that receives the data the app sends. Below is how to create a pixel ID that is Events API ready.
In Assets → Events, go to Manage web events
Important: Select the Events API method
Go for Manually Set Up (which means Omega does it for you)
Skip all the technicalities → Go to Settings
You have successfully created a pixel ID that will be able to receive both browser and server events
