How to filter request from many sources?

In the Synctrack app, the Return source filter helps you identify where each return request was created from. This makes it easier to review daily return operations, separate customer-submitted returns from internally created requests, and analyze return data by source.

You can use the Return source filter in both Management and Analytics.

What is Return source?

Return source shows where a return request was created.

Supported return sources include:

  • Return portal: Return requests submitted by customers from the return portal
  • Shopify admin: Return requests synced from Shopify admin
  • Synctrack app: Return requests created manually inside Synctrack Returns & Exchanges
  • Gorgias admin: Return requests created from the Gorgias admin.
