Order report: track, filter, update, and export scheduled orders

The Order report is your daily fulfillment hub β€” see every scheduled order, update its status, filter by what you're working on, and export for prep or analysis.

Available on all plans. Google Calendar sync within the report requires the Smart plan or above β€” see Sync orders to Google Calendar.

Overview

Managing pickup, delivery, and shipping orders is easier in one place. The Order report shows order number, items, total, payment status, due date, fulfillment method, and status β€” and lets you act on them. Status changes sync back to Shopify automatically.

The report reflects your Shopify orders that carry a DingDoong schedule; updating a status here also updates fulfillment in Shopify.

Before you start

  • DingDoong is installed and customers are placing scheduled orders.
  • Open Order report in the DingDoong admin.

What you can do

Tips & Best practices

Run your day from Due date = Today filtered by method β€” it's the fastest way to see what each team (pickup counter, delivery drivers) needs to prepare.

Use status updates consistently β€” they drive the customer "Ready for pickup" / "Out for delivery" emails. See Email & Notifications.

Want a custom export format? Message support and we'll tailor it.

Troubleshooting

An order isn't in the report?

Confirm it carries a DingDoong schedule (date). Orders without a date are handled by Auto-Recovery.

A status update didn't reflect in Shopify?

Status changes sync to Shopify fulfillment β€” refresh; if it persists, contact support.

FAQ

Does updating status here email the customer?

Status drives DingDoong status emails (Ready for pickup, Out for delivery) if those are enabled β€” see Email & Notifications.

Can I export only selected orders?

Yes β€” select orders and use the product summary / CSV export.
