Payment-related questions

How do I pay for the app cost?

You pay through Shopify Payment. We don’t accept other payment gateways.

Do I have to pay for orders I’ve submitted tracking before?

It depends on whether Synctrack has processed that order before. Our app strictly operates on a "One Quota per Order" rule.

  • No Quota Deduction (Re-syncing on Synctrack): If you use the "Process old orders" feature for orders that were already successfully synced by Synctrack in the past, your quota will NOT be deducted again. The app re-submits them for free to ensure data accuracy.
  • Quota Is Deducted (First time on Synctrack): If an order appears on Synctrack for the first time and has never been synced by our app before, it will consume 1 quota. This applies even if you previously synced that order manually or used a different tracking app before installing Synctrack.

💡 Pro Tip: To minimize processing time and optimize your workflow, you can still adjust the date range settings to target only the specific timeframes that need synchronization.

How is my subscription calculated by time?

You will pay monthly when you activate the subscription. But orders will be counted from the 1st to the 31st of the month.

What happens when my credit is used up?

We will pause submitting the tracking info to Paypal for new orders until the end of the month. These orders would be marked as “over quota” until you upgrade the subscription. You will also be noticed by email (Admin email of Shopify).

I want to know how the app will work before paying for the subscription.

Of course, we have a Free package that helps you submit 30 orders a month for a lifetime. Give it a try.

How much does Synctrack Paypal Tracking Sync cost?

The installation is free. We also offered a FREE Subscription for starting sellers who have lower 30 tracking needs to submit to Paypal monthly.

We also have other subscriptions plan which is monthly charging to your Shopify payment. No hidden fee. Please refer to our pricing table to find out more.
