Real-time Order Metrics

The Real-time Order Metrics provides insights into your store’s sales performance, including revenue, orders, average order value, and refund trends. It is divided into three main sections: Top Metrics Cards, Charts & Trends, and the Metrics Panel (Right Sidebar).

  • Top Metrics Cards

At the top of the dashboard, you will see key sales indicators:

Total Revenue – The total sales revenue generated before deducting any costs.
Orders – The total number of orders placed within a given period.
Average Order Value (AOV) – The average revenue generated per order.
Refund Orders – The total number of orders that were refunded.
Refund Orders Rate – The percentage of total orders that have been refunded.

  • Charts & Trends

Visualize your sales data over time with interactive charts:

Revenue Trend – Shows the daily/weekly progression of total revenue.
Orders Trend – Displays the number of orders placed over the selected time range.
Average Order Value Trend – Tracks fluctuations in AOV over time.
Refund Rate Trend – Highlights the refund percentage trend, helping identify anomalies.

  • Metrics Panel (Right Sidebar)

The Metrics Panel allows you to customize your dashboard view:

Sales Metrics: Toggle visibility of metrics such as Total Revenue, Orders, AOV, Refund Orders, and Refund Orders Rate.
Charts: Show or hide charts (Revenue Trend, Orders Trend, AOV Trend, Refund Rate Trend).
Table Order: Include or exclude detailed data fields (Date, Orders, Revenue, CPA, AOV, CLV, Refund Rate).
