Reorder resolutions and return methods on your return page
Overview
You can now decide the order in which your options appear to customers on the return page — the same way you already reorder your return reasons. Drag and drop to arrange three groups of options:
- Refund resolutions — original payment, store credit, gift card, discount code, online bank transfer
- Exchange resolutions — same variant, different variant, different product
- Return methods — ship with pre-paid label, ship with any carrier, no shipment required, return to store location
Put the option you want to promote first — for example store credit or exchange — so customers see it at the top.
How to reorder options on your return page?
Step 1: Go to the group you want to reorder
- Exchange resolutions: Settings > Configuration

- Refund resolutions: Settings > Resolutions

- Return methods: Settings > Shipping method

Step 2: Drag to reorder
Each option now has a drag handle. Hold the handle and drag the option up or down to change its position.
Step 3: Save your changes
When your list is different from what's currently saved, a Save / Discard bar appears at the top. Click Save to apply the new order, or Discard to go back to the last saved order.
Step 4: Preview on the return page
The order you set is exactly the order customers see. Only enabled options appear to customers, in the relative order you set.
Who can use this feature?
Available on Starter Plan
The individual options you can reorder still depend on your plan (for example, some refund and exchange options are available on Professional or Premium).
