Sync Digital Products

The Sync Digital Product feature enables merchants who sell digital products to effortlessly sync transaction information to PayPal and Stripe. (Applied for Basic and above users).


Follow these steps to turn on the feature and ensure smooth synchronization:


Enable feature

  • Navigate to the “Digital Product” tab in your app.
  • Click on the “Turn on” button to enable the Sync digital product feature.


Processing Old Orders

After activating the Sync Digital Product feature, it’s essential to process your orders in the past. This step ensures that all your previous orders are automatically synced to PayPal and Stripe.



  • Once the Sync Digital Product feature is active, your orders’ tracking numbers will be successfully displayed in PayPal and Stripe
  • To verify the synchronization status, check the Sync status, which will be marked as “Synced.”
