🫡 Cart Discount
Follow these steps to set up a Cart Discount offer in your store.
Example. Offer a $20 discount on the entire cart when customers buy 3 or more items from the Summer Collection.

1. Rule settings
Set the discount tiers, quantities, and values that apply when a customer's cart meets your conditions.
Apply discount rules based on selected products
Choose which products trigger the discount. The discount applies to the entire cart when the selected products meet your quantity or value condition.
- Any products. The discount applies when any product in the cart meets the rule.
- Specific collections. The discount applies when products from the selected collections meet the rule.

Set up discount rules
Choose how the discount is triggered:
- Discount by quantity of items. Apply the discount based on the number of products in the cart.
- Discount by purchase amount. Apply the discount based on the total cart value.
Define your quantity or amount ranges:
- Enter the Buy from and Buy to values for each rule.
- If there is no maximum limit, enter 0 in the Buy to field.
Set the discount value. You can choose:
- A percentage off the entire cart.
- A fixed amount off the cart total.
- A free gift with the cart.
- Free shipping on the cart.

Exclusions
Select any products that should not qualify for this discount rule.

Apply to markets

- All visitors. Apply the discount to everyone who visits your store.

- Logged in with tag. Apply the discount to signed in customers who have a specific tag on their account.
- Customers without tag. Apply the discount to visitors and customers who do not have a specific tag.

2. Display settings
Control how the Cart Discount appears across your storefront.
Countdown timer

- Show or hide the campaign name.
- Label settings.
- Font settings.
- Color settings.

Notice in cart
Show a progress bar and discount notifications on the cart page so shoppers know how close they are to qualifying.

3. Checkout upsell
Show the campaign on the checkout page to lift conversion at the final step.
- Active upsell display. Turn on the upsell so the campaign appears at checkout.

- Add block to theme. Add the Pareto upsell block to your theme so the campaign renders on the checkout page.

- Customize layout settings. Adjust the layout, colors, and copy of the checkout upsell to match your brand.
