Create Order Limit Rules

  1. Go to "Limit purchase" from admin menu. Click the "Create limit" button.

  1. Select limit type

  • Order limit: Minimum Order Quantity, Maximum Order Value, Maximum Order Weight, and Limit Orders Per Day


  1. Setup Order Limit Rule


  • This allows you to control how much customers can buy in a single order, helping prevent over- or under-purchasing.
  • Enter the desired minimum and maximum purchase limits, based on either order quantity, order value, or order weight.
  • If no maximum purchase limit is required, leave the field blank or enter "0".

  1. Select the timeframe

Select the timeframe used to track a customer’s purchases when enforcing this limit (per order, per day, per month, or per year):


  • Per order: The limit applies to each individual order. Every new checkout resets the limit.
  • Per day: The limit applies to the customer’s total purchases within a calendar day
  • Per month: The limit applies to the customer’s combined purchases within a calendar month.
  • Per year: The limit applies to the customer’s total purchases within a calendar year.

  1. Apply to markets


  • Allows merchants to set personalized limit rules for each market or country, tailoring restrictions to regional needs.
  • Search and choose the countries/regions where you want the rule to apply.

  1. Schedule


  • You can set start and end times for limit rules, and the system will automatically follow the schedule, saving management time.

Allows you to set the message shown when a product violates the rule.
