Integrate with Stripe
How to connect the app with your Stripe Account?
Install the app on Shopify and connect the app with your Stripe account to let the app sync tracking info to Stripe.
Step 1: Install the app to your store > App admin > Click to Settings tab > Stripe settings > Click Turn on activate this feature.


Step 2: [Create Stripe token to integrate Synctrack with Stripe] Login to your Stripe Account > Go to the tab Developers > Go to the tab API keys > Click Create restricted key

Step 3: [Create Stripe token to integrate Synctrack with Stripe] Click Create restricted key

Step 4: [Create Stripe token to integrate Synctrack with Stripe] Click Providing this key to a third-party application **> **Continue

Step 5: [Create Stripe token to integrate Synctrack with Stripe] Type the key name (it’s up to you) and add your store domain > Create restricted key

Step 6: [Create Stripe token to integrate Synctrack with Stripe] Turn on the Write status for giving permissions for Charges and Refunds, Files, Payment Disputes, Payment Intents & Orders > Save (Create the key)

Step 7: Click to copy the token of the key (with the name you set)

Step 8: Click Add Stripe token and paste the token into the text field

Step 9: Done

You don’t have to worry about security because doing the instruction only gives us access to Files, Disputes, Charges, Orders, and Payment Intents which are the conditions to integrate with Stripe.
How to self-check if Stripe integration works successfully?
The shipping details are automatically synced by Synctrack if you connected to Stripe successfully
- Step 1: Copy a transaction ID of any Stripe order after successfully integrating Synctrack with Stripe
- Step 2: Log in to your Stripe account > Go to tab Payments > Paste the Transaction ID in the Search field to find the transaction needed to check (at step 1)
If you are able to see the Shipping details in the picture below, your tracking data is synced perfectly to Stripe
