🤩 Edit an offer

You can update an existing campaign at any time. Change the discount rules, products, customer targeting, schedule, or display, and turn the offer on or off without recreating it. This guide walks you through editing an offer in P: Quantity Breaks & Bundles.

Before you start

  • Make sure that the P: Quantity Breaks & Bundles app is installed in your Shopify store.
  • If you've never set up an offer, read Create an offer first. Most of the editing fields are the same.
  • On the Free plan, only one offer can be active at a time. You can keep unlimited drafts. Check your active campaign count before you turn an additional offer on.


Step 1: Open the offer for editing

  • From your Shopify admin, go to Apps, and then click P: Quantity Breaks & Bundles.
  • In the app's left sidebar, click Offers.
  • Use the tabs at the top of the list (All, Active, Draft) or the search and filter icons on the right to find the offer that you want to change.
  • In the row of the offer, click the edit icon (the pencil icon on the right side of the row, next to the duplicate and delete icons).

Step 2: Update offer settings

The offer editor opens on the same screen that you used to create the offer. You can update the following settings:

  • Campaign name: rename the offer for clearer reporting.
  • Rules: change the discount type (Per item percentage, fixed amount off, or fixed price), update the Buy from quantity tiers, edit discount values, or add and remove tiers using + Add.
  • Apply to: switch between All products, Specific collections, Specific products, or Specific variants, and update your selection.
  • Target customer: adjust who sees the offer, such as All visitors or Logged-in customers with specific tags (for example, VIP).
  • Schedule: set or change the campaign's start and end dates, or set the offer to run at all times.
  • Display settings: update the widget layout (table, card, dynamic options), colors, fonts, badges, and the countdown timer.

Step 3: Turn an offer on or off

The campaign on/off control is in the top right corner of the Edit offer screen, next to the Campaign status label.

To activate an offer:

  1. Open the offer in the editor.
  2. Find Campaign status in the top right.
  3. If the status shows Off, click Turn on. The label changes to On, and the offer goes live based on its schedule.
