Set up pickup & delivery per location
Give each store its own methods, schedule, and rules — so a downtown shop and a suburban warehouse can run completely different fulfillment.
Overview
DingDoong stores fulfillment settings per location. Each location decides whether it offers pickup, delivery, or both, and carries its own schedule (days, time slots, prep time) and validation. This is what makes multi-store operations work: customers see only the options each location actually supports.
Before you start
- Your locations exist — see Manage your locations or Import locations in bulk.
- You know each location's hours and which methods it offers.
How to configure a location
Here's how, step by step:

Step 1: Open the location
Go to Fulfillment schedule → Locations and click the location you want to configure.
Step 2: Turn on its methods
In Customer options, enable Pickup and/or Delivery for this location.
Step 3: Configure the schedule per method
For each enabled method, set the working days, time slots, prep/cut-off time, and (for delivery) the validation method. See Prep time & cut-off time and Local delivery validation methods.
Step 4: Save
Save the location. Its rules now apply independently of your other locations.
How it looks on the storefront
If several locations offer pickup, customers pick a location first, then see only that location's available dates and slots.
Common scenarios
Pickup-only flagship + delivery-only warehouse
Enable pickup on one location and delivery on another — customers get the right option per site.
Different hours per branch
Each location sets its own working days and time slots, so a branch open Mon–Fri and one open 7 days both work.
Different prep time per kitchen
A central kitchen needs 1-day prep while a satellite needs same-day — set prep time per location.

Troubleshooting
A location shows the wrong method to customers?
Open it and check the Customer options toggles — only enabled methods appear.
Slots from one store appear for another?
Each location has its own schedule; confirm you edited the correct location's rules.
FAQ
Can locations share one schedule?
No — schedules are per location by design. Use Duplicate a location to copy a schedule as a starting point.
How do I disable a method for one location only?
Open that location and turn off the method in Customer options; other locations are unaffected.
