Add Email Templates

Create and manage multiple email templates per email type, so different services or campaigns can use different subject lines and content.

Open Settings → Notification

Go to Settings → Notification. You'll see 5 accordion sections, one per email type: Booking confirmed, Rescheduled, Canceled, Completed, Reminder.

Multi-template structure

Multiple templates within one email type — chips + Add mail sample button

Within each section, you'll see horizontal tab chips:

  • Default — Booknatic's default template. Cannot be deleted.
  • Other tabs — templates you've created. Each chip has an × to delete.
  • + Add mail sample — create a new template.

Create a new template

  1. In the relevant email section, click + Add mail sample.
  2. A new tab appears — give it a name in the Email template name field (internal only, customers don't see it).
  3. Edit the subject and content.
  4. Click Save in the top right.
