Manage booking

This guide covers the search, filter, and booking management actions in Booking Manager.

Search by: order number (booking ID), customer name, service name, staff name.

Date filter


  • Upcoming — bookings from today onward (default).
  • Past — past bookings.
  • Custom — choose a custom date range.


Change a booking's status


Method 1 — Status dropdown


  1. In the booking table, click the dropdown in the Status column.
  2. Choose the new status.
  3. Status updates instantly.


Method 2 — Manage


  1. Click Manage in the Action column.
  2. The detailed booking page opens.
  3. Change status, plus other actions like reschedule, notes, refund.


Reschedule a booking


  1. Search for the booking → click Manage.
  2. Set status to Reschedule.
  3. Click the time slot → pick a new date/time (only available slots are shown).
  4. Confirm — the customer receives the rescheduled email automatically.
  5. Set status back to Confirmed.
