Service Overview
A service is the main configuration unit in Booknatic. Each service is linked to a Shopify product and has its own booking rules.
3 Service types

3 Booking types
Each service uses one of 3 booking types — this determines how customers select their time:
Booking type | Customer experience |
|---|---|
Time slot | Pick a date → pick a time slot in that day (45 min, 90 min...) |
Single-day | Pick exactly 1 day, charged per full day |
Multiple-day | Pick start and end dates, charged by number of days |
