Email Notification

Each service has 5 types of automatic emails sent to customers. This guide shows how to toggle each one and configure reminder timing.


Open the Notification tab in your service


In the service you want to configure → Notification tab.

Email

When sent

Booking confirmed

Right after the booking is confirmed

Booking rescheduled

When the booking is moved to a new date

Booking canceled

When the booking is canceled

Booking completed

When marked as Completed

Booking reminder

Before the booking time (configurable timing)


Toggle ON/OFF for each email.


Configure reminder timing


After turning the reminder toggle on, choose when to send:


  • 24 hours before
  • 2 hours before
  • 48 hours before


You can enable 2 reminders at the same time — e.g., 24h before + 2h before.


Assign a custom template


  1. In the Notification tab, each email type has a template dropdown.
  2. The default is "Default" — Booknatic's built-in template.
  3. Click the dropdown, select a template you've created (e.g., "Wedding Dress Confirmation").
  4. Click Save.
