Add-ons plan: Extend Your Plan Without Upgrading

Add-ons let you expand exactly what you need - more active campaigns or a higher revenue cap - without switching to a higher plan. You only pay for what you add, billed monthly and prorated from the day you confirm.

What are add-ons?

Add-ons are flexible extensions available on all plans. Instead of upgrading your entire plan, you can add just what your store needs:

💡 Example: On the Free plan and only need one extra campaign? Add a slot for $2/month instead of upgrading to Basic at $11.99/month. Only went $80 over your revenue cap? Add $100 extra cap for $3/month instead of upgrading.

How to add an extra campaign slot

Option 1: When you hit your campaign limit

When you try to activate a campaign, and you've reached your plan limit, a prompt will appear automatically.

1. In the prompt, click Add more slot under the left card
2. Review the add-on price
3. On the Customize your add-ons screen, set the number of extra slots you want
4. Review your Monthly plan summary to confirm the total cost
5. Click Confirm add-ons

Your campaign will activate immediately after payment is confirmed.

Option 2: From Settings

1. In our app, go to Pricing plan
2. Under the banner saying "Need extra active campaigns or a higher revenue cap?", click Increase limits
3. Set the number of extra active slots you need
4. Review the cost in your Monthly plan summary
5. Click Confirm add-ons

How to add extra revenue cap

Option 1: When your revenue cap is exceeded

When your offers exceed your plan's monthly revenue limit, your campaigns will be paused and a prompt will appear.

1. In the prompt, click Add more revenue cap under the left card
2. On the Customize your add-ons screen, enter the amount you want to add (in $100 increments)
3. Review the cost - each $100 added costs +$3.00 / month
4. Confirm the total in your Monthly plan summary
5. Click Confirm add-ons

Your campaigns will resume immediately after payment is confirmed.

Option 2: From Settings

1. In our app, go to Pricing plan
2. Under the banner saying "Need extra active campaigns or a higher revenue cap?", click Increase limits
3. Set the number of extra revenue cap you need
4. Review the cost in your Monthly plan summary
5. Click Confirm add-ons

View your active add-ons

1. Go to Settings → Billing
2. Click Manage add-ons
3. Your active add-ons are listed with their current monthly cost

Remove or modify add-ons

1. Go to Settings → Billing
2. Click the add-ons badge, e.g: '$8 Add-on'
3. Click Modify to adjust quantities, or Remove next to the add-on you want to cancel

⚠️ Important: How the input works:
The number you enter represents your total add-on quantity, not the amount you're adding or removing. Examples:
- Currently have 1 slot, want 2 total → input 2
- Currently have 4 slots, want 2 total → first deactivate the excess campaigns, then input 2. There is no + / − button. Whatever number you enter becomes your new add-on total. Double-check the input before confirming, your monthly bill will update immediately after payment.

⚠️ Removing slots: If your new slot total is lower than your
number of active campaigns, you must deactivate the excess
campaigns first before reducing the slot count.

Frequently asked questions

Can I add multiple slots or revenue boosts at once?

Yes. On the Customize your add-ons screen, you can set the exact number of slots and the exact revenue cap amount you need in one step.

What happens to my campaigns if I remove a slot?

If removing a slot means you have more active campaigns than your new limit allows, some campaigns will be paused automatically. You can choose which ones to keep active.

Is upgrading ever better than adding add-ons?

If you need more than 2–3 extra slots or consistently exceed your revenue cap by more than $200–$300/month, upgrading to the next plan is likely more cost-effective. See our pricing page for a full comparison.
