Booking Manager — Overview & Statuses
Booking Manager is where every booking from the widget lands and gets processed. This guide covers the booking table structure and the available statuses.
Open Booking Manager
Go to the Booking Manager tab in the left sidebar.

Booking row structure
Column | Content |

Detail | Order ID (#1234), product image + name, booking type, slot date/time (green pill), Edit note |
Booking detail | Method (Standard/Pickup/Express), price + payment method (Full/Deposit), quantity, duration |
Customer info | Name, email (masked), phone (masked), country |
Status | Status dropdown — quick change |
Action | Manage button to open detailed view |
Booking statuses
Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Awaiting manual approval or payment completion |
| Confirmed — customer will attend / receive on schedule |
| Preparing the product for delivery / customer pickup |
| Customer / store requested a date change — awaiting new date |
| Items ready at the store, awaiting customer pickup |
| Handed off to the shipping carrier |
| Customer received the items and is using them (Multiple-day) |
| Workshop / consulting session is in progress |
| Customer didn't show up / receive the items |
| Customer returned the rental — awaiting inspection |
| Booking is complete |
| Booking was canceled |
Standard workflows by service type
Rental — Single-day / Multiple-day
Pending → Confirmed → Preparing → Ready for Pickup (or Shipped)
→ In Use → Returned → Completed
Workshop / Time slot
Pending → Confirmed → Ongoing → CompletedConsulting (online)
