Configure the Storefront Widget Button

Overview

The floating widget button is how most shoppers reach your withdrawal form. From the Settings page you control its languages, colors, position, and shape, then confirm it on your storefront.

Requirement

• The Blockify Withdrawal Button app is installed on your store.

• The Blockify Withdrawal app embed active so the widget can show.

How to set up the form & button

Open Blockify Withdrawal Form, go to the Settings page, and stay on the Form Design & Floating button tab. Here you control where the widget shows and what happens when a customer clicks it.

Step 1: Set up the Default language and any add-on languages (optional) for the withdrawal form & button. Add-on languages is optional if you sell for multi-countries.

Step 2: In the Colors section, under Widget button, set the Button color and Button text color.
Step 3: In the Button appearance section, choose a Position (Bottom right, Bottom left, Top right, or Top left) and adjust the Corner radius.

Form languages

Your withdrawal form supports all 24 official EU languages. On the Form Design & Floating button tab, choose a Default language, then enable any add-on languages you sell in. The default language is used as a fallback whenever a shopper's language can't be detected or isn't enabled.

On the storefront, the form opens in each shopper's own language automatically, detected from their Shopify or browser locale. You can enable languages one at a time or add them all at once, and a counter shows how many of the 24 languages are currently enabled. Click Save when the Unsaved changes bar appears, or Discard to revert.

Newly added languages may show the English legal declaration as a temporary fallback until their translated legal copy is signed off. For the full list and their sign-off status, see "Supported languages: the 24 EU languages" and "Withdrawal form languages & legal sign-off status."

Edit the form & button text per language

Each enabled language has its own Edit content button that opens a translation editor with three columns: Field (the name of the string), the default language reference text (read-only), and an editable column where you type your own wording for that language.

Step 1: Type your wording in the editable column, then click Save — or Cancel to discard.
Step 2: Leave a field blank to fall back to the default translation.
Step 3: Use Revert to default to reset a whole language back to the built-in text.
Step 4: Use Preview to see your changes on your storefront before saving.

Text renders in this order: your override → the system translation → English, so an unedited or blank string never shows as empty.

To quickly change the floating button label for your default language, edit Button text in the floating-button styling settings — the live preview updates instantly. To translate that label for other languages, use the Edit content editor.

How to save and check your widget

Step 1: Click Save to apply your changes.
Step 2: Visit your storefront to confirm the floating button appears in the chosen position and countries.

Confirm the Blockify Withdrawal app embed is on and saved, then refresh your storefront.

2. Can I use a footer link instead of the floating button?

Yes. Use Contact us in the app and we'll switch it for you.

3. What position should I choose?

Bottom right is the most familiar spot for shoppers and a safe default.

4. How does the button text work across languages?

Custom button text shows for every language; the default text auto-translates per storefront language.
