Dashboard and operation
The Home page is Booknatic's overall dashboard, with 4 areas: Widget Status, Booking Overview (5 KPIs), Bookings & Revenue chart, and Today panel.
Area 1 — Widget Status
3 pieces of info:
- Widget status —
ActiveorInactive. - Booking widget position —
On-pageorPopup. - Change position — switch between the two widget types.
If you see the yellow banner "Widget is not active yet" → click Active widget.
Area 2 — Booking Overview (5 KPIs)
The 5 most important booking metrics with % change vs the previous period:
Metric | Meaning |
|---|---|
Bookings | Total bookings received in the period |
No show | Customers who didn't arrive / didn't pick up |
Canceled | Canceled bookings |
Completed | Completed bookings |
Revenue | Booking revenue |
Filter
- Date range — Last 7 days / 30 days / Custom.
- Service — filter KPIs by a specific service.
Area 3 — Bookings & Revenue chart
A line chart by day, showing 5 metrics:
- ● Bookings (blue)
- ● Completed (green)
- ● Revenue (orange)
- ● Cancellations (red)
- ● No-Shows (purple)
Toggle the legend checkboxes below the chart to focus on a single metric. Hover any point to see the exact value.
Area 4 — Today panel
Lists every booking happening today, sorted by time.
Each entry shows:
- Service name — the booked service.
- Service type — Rental / Workshop / Consulting.
- Slot time — green pill
Dec 27, 2025 (11:00).
If there are no bookings → "No bookings scheduled for today."
Click View detail in the top right to jump to Booking Manager.
