😍 Frequently Bought Together

Frequently Bought Together (FBT) lets you pair a main product (the anchor) with a few suggested products

How to set it up

Go to Offers β†’ Create offer, open the Mix & match bundle tab, and click Create on the Frequently bought together card.

  1. Rule settings

  • Campaign name: for your own reference (for example "V60 starter kit").
  • Display name (optional): this is the discount name shoppers see in the cart and at checkout. If left blank, the campaign name is used.
  • Apply offer to (anchor): choose which products trigger the bundle. There are five options: Specific products, Specific product variants, All products, Specific collections, Group products
  • Suggested products: search or browse and add the products to recommend. You add products (not individual variants)
  • Discount: set the Discount value and its type: Percentage (%), Amount off each, or Fixed price

  • Apply to countries: limit the offer to specific countries, or keep All countries (default)
  • Target customer: show the offer to Everyone (default) or to specific customer segments
  • Schedule (optional): set a start and end time, and add a countdown timer to create urgency for the campaign
  • Maximum discount uses: cap how many times the discount can be used. This works together with the Pareto Limit (Order Limit) app

  1. Display settings
  • Layout settings: choose one of four layouts: Grid (default), StackedVertical list, or Carousel slider. On mobile (screens under 768px) the widget automatically uses the Vertical list layout.
  • Show original price and Show variant selector toggles.
  • Labels: under Design settings you can edit the widget labels, the anchor item label, the recovery nudge, the cart notice, and the pop-up text.

  • For shoppers who add the anchor but skip the bundle on the product page, choose how to remind them in the cart:
  • Auto pop-up: the pop-up opens automatically each time the shopper opens the cart while the bundle is incomplete.
  • Manual notice: a notice appears under the anchor line item; the shopper clicks it to open the pop-up.

Turn the campaign status on and save

How customers buy the bundle

  • On the product page: the shopper sees the anchor and your suggestions (each with a variant selector). With everything selected, they click Add bundle to cart and the discount applies automatically.
  • In the cart: with Auto pop-up, the pop-up opens when the bundle is incomplete; with Manual notice, the shopper opens it from the notice. Adding the missing items completes the bundle and applies the discount.
  • If a shopper unticks a suggestion, the discount is removed until the full bundle is selected again.
