Manage service
The Service list page shows all services in your store and lets you search, edit, duplicate, delete, and switch publish status.

Go to the Service tab in the left sidebar.

Search
Type a service name in the "Search by service name" field at the top of the page.
Pagination
Choose "Showing X per page" at the bottom to adjust how many rows show per page.
2 statuses: Active and Draft
Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
Active | Service is published, displayed on the storefront, and accepts bookings. |
Draft | Service is not published — customers cannot see it. Use when configuring the service or when you want to temporarily stop accepting bookings. |
Click the dropdown in the Status column to switch between the two.
Action Menu
Edit
Opens the detailed configuration page — edit availability, payment, and notification settings.
View
Quick view of service info in a popup.
Duplicate
Creates an exact copy of the current service. After duplicating, change the linked Shopify product (because the copy still uses the same product, which violates the 1 variant per service rule).
Delete
Permanently deletes the service. Existing bookings remain in Booking Manager but cannot be edited.
