Manual Translation for Campaign Display Text
Use Manual Translation to customize display text in your Quantity Breaks offers for each language your store supports.

How it works
Each offer stores its display text per language. When you switch to a non-primary language inside the offer editor, all text fields become editable for that language only. Saved translations don't affect your primary language content or discount rules.
Before you begin
- Manual translation is available on the Basic plan and above.
- AI Translate is available on the Professional plan and above.
- Your store must have at least one additional language configured in Shopify.
- Primary language text is not pre-filled. Set it up before translating into other languages.
- If your offer was created before April 7, 2025, save it in the primary language once before using translation mode.
Translate an offer manually
- Go to Campaigns and open the offer you want to translate.
- Click the language dropdown in the top-right corner and select your target language.
- When the blue "Manual translating in [Language]" banner appears, you are in translation mode.
- Edit any text fields: table headings, labels, countdown text, and other display copy.
- Click Save.
- Select the next language from the dropdown and repeat.
To change colors, layout, or discount rules, select Switch back to English in the banner. These settings are only editable in your primary language.
Use AI Translate in a campaign
Available on Professional plan. Translates one language at a time for a single offer.
- Open the offer and select the target language from the language dropdown.
- Click AI Translate.
- Review the auto-filled text fields, make any edits, then click Save.
- To translate another language, switch to it and click AI Translate again.
AI Translate does not run automatically. After creating a new offer or updating text in your primary language, click AI Translate again for each target language.
Use AI Translate in Boost Conversion
Available on Professional plan. Translates all widgets, all campaigns, and all languages in one run.
- Go to Boost Conversion in the main navigation.
- Click AI Translate.
You must click AI Translate in Boost Conversion again whenever you create a new campaign, update a text field in your primary language, or add a new language to your store.
Limitations
- Only text fields are editable in translation mode. Design settings and discount rules require switching back to the primary language.
- Product and variant names must be translated via the Translate & Adapt app.
- Primary language text is not auto-populated.
- Offers created before April 7, 2025 must be saved once before translation mode is available.
- AI Translate requires the Professional plan. Basic plan users must translate manually.
- AI Translate in a campaign covers one language per run. Use Boost Conversion to update all languages at once.
