Multiple day booking setup
Multiple-day booking lets customers pick a start date and an end date, with pricing calculated by the number of days. This guide walks through the full Availability tab setup for Multiple-day.
Step 1 — Choose Booking Type
In the Availability tab, choose Multiple-day under Booking type.

Step 2 — Rental Duration Variants
Create rental packages with custom pricing per duration.

- Scroll to the Rental Duration Variants section.
- Enter an Option name (e.g., "Duration").
- Under Option values, enter the number of days + the unit "days" (e.g., 1, 3, 7, 14).
- Under Price, enter the price for each package.
- Click + Add another option to add more packages. Drag the ⠇ icon to reorder.
Step 3 — Shipping Method (Rental only)


Method | Description |
|---|---|
Express delivery | Delivered to the customer |
Pickup/Collection | Customer picks up at the store |
Standard shipping | Regular shipping |
Each ticked method creates its own Availability tab. Copy setup from at the top of each tab lets you copy the configuration from another method.
Step 4 — Configure Availability

Field | Description |
|---|---|
Name availability | Memorable name. |
Rental day | Days of the week you're open. |
Specific dates | Special working dates. |
Start & End time | Daily check-in/check-out window. |
Buffer time | Unit: Days. Gap after each booking. |
Step 5 — Booking Range Day

Limit the length of a single booking:
Field | Description |
|---|---|
Min | Minimum number of days a customer must book in one order. |
Max | Maximum number of consecutive days a customer can book in one order. |
Step 6 — Blocked Dates
Toggle Blocked dates on, add the dates you're unavailable.
Step 7 — Lead Time, Cut-off, Look Ahead

Field | Description |
|---|---|
Lead time | Minimum gap between booking time and rental start. |
Cut-off after | After this time, stop accepting bookings for the same day. |
Look ahead | Maximum number of days customers can book in advance. |
Save the service
Click Save in the top right.
