One Discount

Follow these steps to configure volume discounts effectively in your store


I. Rule settings


Customize discount tiers, quantities, and values to create tailored offers for your customers.


  1. Select Product for The Discount


Determine which products will have the discount applied. You can choose from the following options:


  • Specific product variants: For each selected product variant, if the purchased quantity meets the rules, your customer will receive a discount.

  • Specific products: For each selected product, if the total purchase quantity (sum of all variants quantities of product) meets the rules, your customer will receive a discount.
  • Note: the campaign only applies to those product variants, excluding those product variants that already have specific rules.


  • Specific collections: For each selected collection, if total purchase quantity (sum of all products quantities of collection) meets the rules, your customer will receive a discount.
  • Note: the campaign only applies to those products that belong to the collection, excluding those products that already have specific rules.


  • Group products: Set the conditions that products must meet to qualify for the discount. You can target products based on tags, vendor or price
  • Note: the campaign only applies to those products that belong to the group, excluding those products that already have specific rules.


  • All products: If total purchase quantity of all products in order meets the rules, your customer will receive a discount.
  • Note: the campaign only applies to all products, excluding those products that already have specific rules.


Note: The system will prioritize checking offer rules of product variant => product => collection => all products



  1. Set Up Discount Rules


Define the rules for applying volume discounts:

  • Enter quantity ranges: Specify the "Buy from" quantities for each rule.
  • Choose discount types: Define how the discount will be applied (Default, Percent, Amount off each)
  • Enter Discount Value



  • Upload image for each tier (Optional): Upload the image to display for each tier



  • Set discounts for add-on products (Optional): Select the add-on products and enter the corresponding discount values


  • Select a free gift to offer your customers (optional)

  • Set a discount for the entire cart (optional)


  • Set free shipping for the countries you choose (optional)


  • **Add or Remove Discount Tier: **Use **Add **button to create a new tier. Click the **Remove **icon to delete a tier if needed



  1. Define Discount source based on

When setting up your discount, you can now choose what price to base it on:

  • Product Price → use the standard selling price.
  • Compare-at Price → use the crossed-out/original price for discount calculation.

This gives you more flexibility when running sales campaigns


  1. Define Quantity Conditions

Set how the discount condition will be calculated


  • Total Quantity of All Selected Products: Use the total quantity of all selected products as the comparison condition for applying the discount
  • Total Quantity of Each Selected Product: Use the total quantity of each selected product as the comparison condition for applying the discount
  • Total Quantity of Each Product Variant: Use the quantity of each product variant as the comparison condition for applying the discount.


  1. Target Customer


Select the specific customer group(s) to apply this discount rule. There are 4 options:


  • All visitors: Apply this discount to all visitors who browse your website.
  • Logged-in customers: Apply this discount to customers who are logged into their accounts on your store.
  • Logged-in with tag: Apply this discount to logged-in customers who have the specified tags assigned to their accounts.
  • Customers without tag: Apply this discount to all visitors or customers who do not have the specified tags.


II. Display settings


Customize how discount rules are displayed on your store.


  1. Countdown timer


Show a countdown timer to to create urgency for your campaign

  1. Pop-up suggestions


Allow you to recommend additional products to customers so they can qualify for discounts


  • Popup display options: Automatically display suggestion popup/ No auto display
  • Layout settings, color settings, text settings,...



  1. Notice in cart


Allow you to recommend additional products to customers so they can qualify for discounts


  • Buy more notification: Encourages customers to add more items to their cart to qualify for the discount.
  • **Discount notification: **Notifies customers that they qualify for a discount 


III. Launch time


Control when your One Discount offer becomes active and how it behaves with the countdown timer on your storefront.


1️⃣ Launch time options

Decide when your offer should be visible to customers.

  • Immediately after saved

The campaign becomes active right after you click Save.

  • Schedule launch time

Set a specific Start and End time for your discount to go live automatically.If this option is selected, the countdown timer will default to “Count down to your schedule.”

An End Date is required for this mode — the system will show an error if it’s missing.

  • Save as draft

The offer remains in Draft mode until you manually publish it. (This is set by default)


2️⃣ Countdown timer

Add a live countdown on your storefront to increase urgency and boost conversions.

Enable timer

  • The Show timer option is checked by default when no schedule is set.
  • If you disable it, the countdown will not appear on the storefront.

Countdown mode

  • Fixed time: Count down from a custom set duration (e.g., 10 minutes, 2 hours). When using this mode, End Date is optional.
  • Count down to your schedule: Count down to your scheduled campaign end time. When using this mode, End Date is required.


3️⃣ When the timer hits 00:00

Choose what happens when your countdown reaches zero.

Hide discount display only (default)

Hides the discount widget from storefront; discounts remain active in cart and checkout.

Hide & disable discount

Turns off both widget and discount logic (discount disabled).

Advanced plan

Hide discount & show text (discounts still applicable)

Replaces the timer with your custom text (e.g., “The sale is over! Thanks for shopping with us”); but discounts remain active in cart and checkout.

Do nothing (remain 00:00 widget)

Keeps the timer frozen at 00:00 without hiding the widget.

4️⃣ Notice text and styling

Customize the notice that appears beside your countdown timer.

  • Notice Title: Add attention-grabbing text (e.g., 🔥 Hurry up!).
  • Use %c to display countdown value dynamically in your message.

Example: Ends in %c → “Ends in 09m 48s.”

  • Text color and Background color can be adjusted to match your store’s branding.


5️⃣ Create vs Edit campaign view

“Turn On/Off” toggle is hidden. The campaign follows the selected launch setting.

Edit campaign

“Draft” and “Immediately after saved” options are hidden. The “Turn On/Off” toggle is shown again, following your last saved state.

If required schedule details (like dates) are missing, a popup reminder appears after saving to help you complete setup.


6️⃣ Special notes

  • The countdown timer will not work if the merchant choose Hide & disable discount **but not enable manual discount (click on **Continue without timer).
  • The countdown configuration applies only to One Discount offers. Other campaign types will not use this timer behavior.
