Rules Management

The Rules Management page displays all watermark rules that have been created in the app. This page allows you to easily review, manage, and control how watermarks are applied across your products.

Rules List Overview

All existing rules are shown in a table view. This table provides a quick overview so you can understand the current setup at a glance.

For each rule, you can see:

• Rule name
• Current status (Active or Inactive)
• Apply type

The apply type indicates which products the rule affects, including:

• All products
• Specific collections
• Specific products

Bulk Actions

The Rules Management page supports bulk actions to help you manage multiple rules efficiently.

You can select multiple rules and:

• Activate them in bulk
• Deactivate them in bulk

This is useful when you want to quickly enable or disable watermarking strategies for different campaigns or periods.

Rule Actions

For each individual rule, you can perform the following actions directly from the table:

• Edit the rule
• Delete the rule
• Duplicate the rule

Duplicating a rule allows you to quickly create a new rule based on an existing configuration, saving setup time.

Add New Rule

You can create a new watermark rule from this page at any time.

Adding a new rule allows you to define:

• Which products the rule applies to
• How the watermark should appear
• When the watermark should be applied

The Rules Management page acts as the central place to control all watermark logic in Consentik – Product Watermark.
