Single day booking setup
Single-day booking lets customers pick exactly 1 day, charged per full day. This guide walks through the full Availability tab setup for Single-day.
Step 1 — Choose Booking Type
In the Availability tab, under Booking type, choose Single-day.

Step 2 — Shipping Method (Rental only)

Method | Description |
|---|---|
Express delivery | Same-day delivery |
Pickup/Collection | Customer picks up at the store |
Standard shipping | Regular shipping (2-5 days) |
Each ticked method creates its own Availability tab. Copy setup from at the top of each tab lets you copy the configuration from another method.
Step 3 — Configure Availability

Field | Description |
|---|---|
Name availability | Memorable name. |
Rental day | Days of the week you're open for rentals. |
Specific dates | Special working dates. |
Start & End time | Time window when customers can pick up / receive items. |
Max quantity per time unit | Maximum bookings per day. |
Buffer time | Unit: Days. Locks the day after a booking for cleaning/inspection. |
Step 4 — Pricing
Single-day uses pricing directly from the Shopify product (variant price). Change pricing in your Shopify admin.
Step 5 — Blocked Dates
Toggle Blocked dates on → + Add blocked dates → choose dates or a date range.
Step 6 — Lead Time, Cut-off, Look Ahead

Field | Description |
|---|---|
Lead time | Minimum gap between booking time and service start. |
Cut-off after | After this time, stop accepting bookings for the same day. |
Look ahead | Maximum number of days customers can book in advance. |
Save the service
Click Save in the top right.
