Submit Paypal Dispute Evidence with One-Click Auto-Fill

This is where Synctrack saves you the most time on a PayPal dispute. Instead of digging up tracking numbers, Paypal Refund IDs, and policy links and typing them into PayPal, Synctrack reads what it already knows about your order, refund, and store — and pre-fills the evidence PayPal requires. You just review and submit.

Auto-filled fields are marked with a green ✓ Synced badge.

Open the evidence wizard

On a PayPal dispute's detail page, click Provide evidence in the Actions bar. The wizard opens with five tabs: Proof of Fulfillment, Proof of Refund, Other, Store info, and Review.

1. Proof of Fulfillment

A green banner reads "Auto-compiled from your order." Your Tracking number and Carrier are filled in automatically from Synctrack's tracking data (✓ Synced). You can:

  • Click + Add another tracking number for split shipments.
  • Add a Tracking link.
  • Attach files (JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, PDF — up to 5 files, 10 MB each, 50 MB total).
  • Add Additional notes.

Click Next.

2. Proof of Refund

If you refunded the order through PayPal, Synctrack retrieves and fills in your PayPal Refund ID automatically. If it can't find one (for example, you didn't refund through PayPal), you'll see a message to enter your details manually instead.

Use the "Refunded outside PayPal?" section to record a refund made elsewhere — Refund amount, Refund date, Transaction reference, plus optional files and notes.

3. Other

Attach any extra supporting files and notes that don't belong in the other tabs. Based on the dispute's reason code, Synctrack also suggests the specific evidence PayPal tends to look for in cases like this — so you can add the right documents to strengthen your evidence package and improve your chances of winning the dispute.

4. Store info

A green banner reads "Auto-compiled from your dispute settings." Your Refund & Return Policy, Terms & Conditions, and contact details are pre-filled from your Dispute settings (✓ Synced). Need to change something for just this one dispute? Click the ✎ pencil to edit it inline — your saved settings won't change.

5. Review and submit

The Review tab shows every section with a running file total. Click Edit on any section to adjust it, then click Submit to PayPal.

Note: You can submit evidence to PayPal only once. After you submit, the fields can't be edited and no more files can be added — so review every section carefully before sending.

Note: Auto-fill is available on every paid plan. On Free plans the fields aren't pre-filled — you can still submit evidence, just enter the details manually. Upgrade to any paid plan to unlock one-click auto-fill.

💡 Tip: Keep your tracking numbers syncing to PayPal and your store policies up to date in Settings > Dispute settings — that's what powers the one-click auto-fill and gives you the strongest, fastest evidence response.
